The Explorers Alliance is composed of professors and practitioners who have long been concerned with the development of higher education and student learning experiences . Members cover multiple fields, including academic affairs, student affairs, teaching development, and counseling. With the common goal of "supporting first-year students to smoothly adapt to university life," the Alliance focuses on important issues such as freshman transition, curriculum design, learning support, and mental and physical development through exchange and sharing, research collaboration, and practical actions. It hopes to establish a more connected and supportive learning environment at the institutional, teaching, and mentorship levels, accompanying students to establish themselves in their first year of university and embarking on a diverse and powerful journey of exploration.
